Order Processing
All orders placed by 3:00 PM, Monday through Saturday, will be processed the same day. Orders received after that time, on Sundays, or on holidays will be processed the next business day.
Delivery Locations within India
Brilite Jewellery ships products to most major cities in India through reputable couriers. We also ship to many Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities and towns. Due to the valuable nature of our merchandise, there may be some remote locations where delivery is not possible. We are continuously working to expand our reach and shorten our delivery lead times. Customers will be kept informed of any new developments.
Shipping Charges
We provide free shipping on all domestic orders.
Delivery Time
Products are shipped from our nearest warehouse within 3-5 business days after placing the order, depending on product availability. It may take an additional 2-6 business days for delivery to customers, excluding the dispatch date. Therefore, the total time for an order to reach the customer is typically 3-10 business days within India, excluding the order placement date.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Brilite Jewellery is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Brilite Jewellery is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Items subject to courier restrictions may take additional time to deliver or may need to be canceled.
