Return & Cancellation Policy
At Brilite Jewellery, we want to ensure you have a delightful shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied, our return policy is designed to assist you.
Single Return Policy:- Return is allowed only once per order.
Return Window:- Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days from the date of delivery.
Packaging:- Must include the original invoice, packaging materials, and tags.
Processing Time:- Please allow 1-3 days for the returned product(s) to reach us and be processed.
Exchange Time:- Damaged/Defective products exchange / replacement will be delivered in 7-10 Working days
Product Condition:- Items should be free from scratches or deformities.
Condition:- Items must be returned in the same condition as shipped. If products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn, a refund will not be provided.
Unboxing Video:- Mandatory for reporting damaged, incorrect, missing items, or sizing issues. For sizing issues, a video showing you wearing the item is required.
Non-returnable Items:- To maintain hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on certain product categories, including but not limited to accessories, Rings, Bracelet, & etc.. Brilite Jewellery may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy applies.
Standard Sizing:- All products come in one standard size, as specified on our website.
Reverse Pick-up Service:-
Prepaid Orders:- For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed to your original method of payment. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be reflected in your bank account. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
COD Orders:- For COD orders, a store credit equivalent to the amount paid will be provided within 1-2 working days from the day of return pickup, sent to your registered email address or contact number. Store credits are not refundable and can be redeemed on our store.
Cancellations:-
Order Cancellation:- Cancellations are possible only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse.
